Payment/Deposits

10% deposits are required when booking through the website. This is a non-refundable deposit that secures your spot in our schedule, so we do not book any other events over your time. In the case of a same day cancel, the deposit may be refunded.

Payment can be completed any day before or on the day of the shoot. Payment must be completed before all photos and edits can be delivered. Special circumstances (i.e. another business that must process invoices through internal finance) may have extended period to complete payment. We accept most forms of payment, to include: Card (Square Pay), Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Check, and Electronic Transfer Payments.

Contracts are typically used for events with payments of $500 or more, we do not typically provided model release forms or any similar forms as it is the clients understanding from beginning to end of the process that these photos are %100 theirs!

We understand things do get in the way of shoots that have already been scheduled, which is why we are also very easy to work with on rescheduling as far out as needed! In the event that a shoot must unfortunately be cancelled all together, the 10% deposit is non-refundable. If the shoot was fully paid for, all will be returned, except for the 10% deposit amount.

The 10% deposit amount accounts for the time blocked off for your event. We may miss out on several projects, and in the event of a last minute cancellation, we have missed out on any work all together.

Cancellations

Rescheduling

We are perfectly happy to reschedule as needed. It comes with the business! Weather, unexpected family things, scheduling issues with life, they all get in the way and we totally get it! It happens often and that is why we make sure to be flexible on our end, so that we can accommodate when things have to be shifted around.

Just let us know as far ahead of time as possible so that we may open up the already scheduled time, and move your time to another day! In the event of a last second reschedule, no problem! We always confirm the morning of that everything is on track, if something happens, just let us know and we can plan from there!

Refunds

If for any reason there seems to be an issue with the photos/video after receipt, just give us a call/text and let us know what is going on. (ex. We have had customers try to print photos before, but they emailed them, instead of bringing them on a flash, emailing will greatly reduce the quality because of the file size). Issues like that are a simple conversation to resolve, if there seems to be something else wrong, just get with us through phone, text, or email.

For a full refund to be warranted, more than %50 of the edited photos must be either blurry, dark, over exposed, damaged in some form or fashion beyond repair.
